Head of AMOS- M.R.O.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Head of Project-AMOS for a MRO client in the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the follow-up of AMOS-related projects and initiatives, representing the (business-oriented) focal point in the interaction between the Technical Operations and the Information Technology business units.
• Ensure the collection, assessment, and address AMOS-related issues and support the business lines in the definition of AMOS-related business requirements and coordinate and implement the relevant solutions in a cross-departmental way.
• Coordinate and inform users about new features in new and upcoming AMOS releases and notify the AMOS key-users regarding those releases and delivered customisations which are ready for testing.
• Proactively plan and coordinate the AMOS release upgrades based on the availability of new features and the concerned benefits for the Operations, adhering to the AMOS releases lifecycle.
• In collaboration with the Business Lines, design and implement the AMOS users training and recurrent training plan, with the aim to achieve the highest standard in the AMOS adoption and ensure the business efficiency and effectivity.
• Support the Business Lines in the design of the relevant AMOS procedures and roles.
• Collaborate with business lines to ensure the availability and maintenance of reliable data in AMOS for the measurement of the Operations performance, with the aim to contribute to its continuous improvement.
