Senior Manager Fleet Engineering- General Aviation
We are looking for a Senior Manager for a General Aviation client with experience in all areas of Fleet maintenance.
Job Purpose
To manage Systems, Structures, Cabin and Powerplant engineering tasks. Reliability analysis, Mods analysis, Aircraft specification, repairs, power plant shop visit planning, work scopes, performance, reliability and reporting.
Monitor and manage the implementation of aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with the Continuous Airworthiness Management and operational requirements.
Job-Specific Knowledge/Skills:
In-depth knowledge of aircraft engineering.
Detailed understanding of safety principles surrounding aircraft operating processes and procedures.
In-depth knowledge of downtime analysis and good knowledge of problem-solving tools.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Proficiency in English (must).
Regulatory and Compliance awareness.
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
15 years of experience as an engineer in the aviation industry.
At least 10 years in a supervisory function.
5 years’ experience in the relevant APN’s of AMOS MIS.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Related Fields
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license with associated experience.
