We are seeking a RW Quality control Inspector for our client in the Middle East for a Permanent role. This is a direct hire; estimated recruitment period is 3 months from the interview date.
Basic Function
Inspects to ensure that our aircraft are maintained to an airworthy condition as defined by the Civil Aviation regulations, manufacturers maintenance specifications, policies, procedures and is responsible for approving the aircraft and/or other articles if authorized for return to service following required technical data, modification or repair.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 10 years of experience maintaining and inspecting AW139 and H145 aircraft.
· A mechanic certification from an ICAO recognized State
· AW139 Leonardo school training for line maintenance theory and practical.
· H145 Airbus school training for line maintenance theory and practical.
· Knowledge of use and maintenance of various measuring/test equipment (eg. borescope & weighing kits).
· Familiar with FAA and CAA regulations.
· Preformed maintenance functions under 145 repair station.
· Willing to work different shifts in different bases.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Non-Destructive Testing methods and procedures
· Experience with engine borescopes and Aircraft Maint inspections
· Experience with aircraft mass & balance computations and reports
· 2+ years of lead inspector experience
Skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong technical writing skills
· Ability to make sound business decisions based on company needs
· Ability to resolve disagreement in a professional manner with all levels of leadership and business partners
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
